I bought online chairs and after paying i am told that the items i bought are out of stock nation wide. Now i want my refund and i am taken from pillar to post being told i must fill in vendor forms and go to a bank branch where in i have sent all the documents. This is disgusting why sell things you know you dont have in stock in the first place.
