Mercy gives great service at Checkers Cradlestone

On the 3rd of June 2019, around 17h30, my daughter and I were at the Checkers in Cradlestone, and at the cashier we were helper by a lady by the name of Mercy, unfortunately I didn't catch her surname. This was the best check-out experience we have ever had: she was friendly, upbeat, professional and a jou to talk to. This lady should be working as a public relations officer! Usually the only response one would get from someone at the till at Checkers is just "Plastic?" and nothing else.
