Mediocre Service

The Tyger valley floor sales people are a joke. The struggle I had with Nelisiwe just to get a simple transaction. After dealing with her attitude and moods. The couch was finally delivered and to my dismay the thing legs broke off within 2 months.

Taking them back was an even bigger mission. I spent more than 2 hours in the shop before getting attention because only the sales person that assisted my sale can attend to me. Nelisiwe prioritised new sales and I had to wait for that.

Come the time for the new delivery, she said I can only do a pick up, I arranged transport to pick up and on my way there she said she had not yet placed the order. I had to pay for them to deliver and I did, she then got my delivery details wrong and today 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for a delivery. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at this point.
