I have been ********** by House & home Westgate branch. They delivered a stand that looked like they took from someone else's house & brought it to me. When I told the lady working there about the defects that I have discovered, she said only the previously reported damage would be repaired, and that I would have to pay for any other defects. This contradicts your refund and exchange policy, which does not state that customers must pay for undisclosed damages on newly purchased items.

I feel misled and disrespected. The product I received is not what I agreed to purchase, and the conduct of your staff has only added to my frustration. They don't want to exchange nor refund me, instead they took the stand to some place to be patched. I cannot pay R4000 for a piece of trash. I used to have so much respect for this brand but they have lost their credibility. I would not advise anyone to buy at House & Home unless you are prepared to lose your hard earned money. On top of that their staff members are bullies.
