I bought a carpet at House & Home Germiston. After I had made payment, I was told by someone named Thomas that the carpet was not on the system and should not have been sold. I then asked for a refund of my money to which I was told they had not cash and they could EFT the money to me before the end of the day!!?? That was a huge joke because I was clearly dealing with clowns. I left the shop without the carpet or my money!! With so many horrific reviews I don’t understand how this business is still operating!!!!
