Matress Havoc

Hello Peter I'm so very disappointed and sad at the same time with the product I bought at House & Home Vereeniging (5636 Vereeniging)***. On the 13th October 2020 I bought a Restonic Ridgeway 152cm Base and Matress set which worth R8000. 00.February 2020 the bed lost its shape we were no longer at all comfortable and went to the store to lay a complaint. They gave us an email address to send the photos of the matress and we did as instructed. Earlier this month we received a call that they will not be exchanging that matress they see nothing wrong with it. It bothers me because they never even sent their expect to physically come check on the bed. So at the shop they saying there's nothing they can do for us to help with the issue at hand.I really need assistance to deal with this issue.
