Mat bought on House and Hone

I bought a mat on you guys sometime last year my complaint it was the 1st time I wash it and it has loosen its shape its soft and everytime Im swipping my floor my house is full of its pieces and the is something that always come under it .please assist as it is soft like a blanket now.unfortunately I can't load pics here so that you can see.

When I buy to you guys I though I'm buying a quality

I bought the Mat at East London shop Hemmingways.

Lady called Nomkhitha from House and Home Hemmingways called me and advise that nothing they will do about my rag as the supplier come back to them with the information that the Mat was not supposed to be washed and it's written on it once it's washed there are pieces of it that will go out of it.

First of all when I bought the Mat to you guys no one told me about the suppliers rules that the rag is not supposed to be washed and it's my 1st time hearing about that .secondly no one told me about 1 year guarantee of the Mat when I buy something from your shop its because I want quality because I pay for quality not something I have to buy every year.

I think as a customer I was supposed to be given or Dresden the rules so that I can take an informed decision whether I but it or go else where and all of my furniture has been bought to your shop I have never experienced this time of quality.

Please assist me as I can't use this mat any more
