Managers Customer Service Sucks

Made a purchase at OK stores Strandfontein in dennegeur Avenue and the incorrect price label was underneath the Jacobs Coffees. I only found this out when I got to the till. Manager said that I would still need to pay the correct price (not the price that was on the label). 1stly As a consumer, do I not have more rights than that? 2ndly, Manager needs a refresher course on customer service training because she does not know how to talk to staff and customers.
