1 December 2022 I bought couchesR23000, coffee table R7000, rug R3500, bunk bed and mattresses R10 000- just to mention a few. 7 December 2022- they delivered 27 October 2023- reported the couch tha it was making funny sounds when we sit, the salesman promised to escalate the matter to the manager, nothing was done. 29 February 2024- I did a follow up 20 March 2024 follow up... basically every month I would call to check... fast forward Today 10 July I received a voice note telling me that my couch is no longer on warranty so they won't be able to assist me. I reported the couch in October 2023 and it was still covered and now they waited until it's no longer covered. Siies I won't recommend House and Home to anyone.
