She sits down at the computer, asks me a question about my dress and telephone number and says Now you have to pay I thought that was quite odd, you speak to your customer.

But that is not the weird part about this whole complaint; the problem is that the store said to sit at my house on Wednesday morning, the first thing they would deliver. It is now 5 PM in the afternoon. I've been sitting a whole damn day and waiting for these appliances when I call the store, ask them what is happening, I get the run around, and then they say they'll call me back, and nothing happened.

Please don't go to them; it's the biggest mistake I will never make again. Please forgive me, Takealot. I have more and better service delivery from Takealot than from this company. Please, Takealot, forgive me. I've betrayed you. One thing about Takealot, when they say that's the day they're going to deliver, they deliver.

Imagine this, you're sitting at home, it is very hot, there's no cold water you want to eat something you cannot because you didn't buy food due to theffected your fridge is broken and then say they THEY WILL deliver and you don't want to go anywhere to buy anything because THY might show up what kind of people are this.
