Lounge suits cost a fortune and doesn't evern last a year. (No Customer service)

<p>In August 2016 we bought a lounge suite for my parents (pensioners). Only cost R14000-00. It's January 2017 and the inside of the lounge suite is falling apart.</p> <p>When we phoned to let them know about the bad quality, we were told that my parents (pensioners) need to take the lounge suite to the branch. It will take them about 3 weeks to fix it and then my parents can collect it again.</p> <p>So we need to pay money to get the ****py goods you sold us in the first place back to your store so that you can investigate and maybe fix it in 3 weeks. Then it will cost us money again to collect everything once you've fixed it. I think not! How about giving my R14000-00 back and I will gladly drop off your goods. Really, this is the worst service I've ever experienced AND I AM SURE I WILL NOT GET A CALL WITH REGARDS TO MY COMPLAINT FROM HOUSE & HOME.</p> <p>House and Home Roodepoort ( Pinky ********** 500) - Really not cool</p>
