Lounge Suite made for short term use only!!!!

<p>Bought a lounge suite which is now 2 years old but only in use for a year. A spring shot up a few months back. I called house and home and was told they would get back to me as the manufacturers were close for the festive season. A few weeks later the manufacturer calls me from ********** 279 @ 13h24 and says that maybe my child was jumping on the sofa (my baby is 3months old) and thats how the spring shot up, and he also said that they dont make stuff to last long!!!! Why is it that when we buying these things we are not told this??????? Its not sold cheap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was still paying for this at the time. So the plan is to break just as it is paid up so we have to purchase another set and continue paying??????????????????</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>To me they are a bunch of *******! </p>
