Lounge suit delivered with hole in one.

Maybe our worst experience at any furniture store till date. Lounge suite that cost us R 13000 was delivered having a huge hole in the one couch's arm rest. Till date we have phoned more than 20 times and spoken to four different people including three managers and still nothing done it. We have been phoned by Store Manager Jannie one in all that time. An absolute useless manager. Our eventual options were replacement or repair, but nobody response to any calls or messages now so what the hell is going on?
