Loose threads pulls on cushion and I was that I have abused them.

During the month of October 2018 I made a purchased of two cushions for the amount of R99.00 on each cushion at House & Home in menlyn. And the fabric thread on the cushion is coming loose on both cushions and I did not want to cut the threads as I was going to put more damage on the fabric. And because all threads are interwoven,you don't want to cut a thread that is pulled and now this will cause an ubrupt change in pattern,but I didn't want to create a permanent hole as the fibres have now been severed.On the 26/12/18 we went with my husband to show them the product that is not even passed more than 3 months and the cushions are already damaged. And just when we get to the till point at the cashiers I was helped by Shadi Malape who took the cushions to Noor Emmam who was the Manager for that day and he didn't even came to us he just rejected it immediately by saying to his colleague that I will not take it back as it's dirty and again he says we have abused the cushion! which did make sense for me that why would we abuse them because if you have bought something shouldn't it last you longer? And on the same day we bought cushions it was the same day that i bought queen size bed cash which my husband told him that we have been customers from years back and his telling us that we have abused the cushion why would he say that to customers if we are not satisfied with the products then we are not.
