LG - Double door Freezer / Fridge

Bought a LG double door Freezer / Fridge at Parkland Hyperama. On the 17th April 2015 i phoned the Hyparama to report a fault on my Freezer/ Fridge. And 3 weeks later I am still waiting for someone to come and repair my Freezer / Fridge. I had to get rid of all the food what a BIG loss. How long does it take to repair a Freezer / Fridge? When this will be fixed? We are going for a 4th week? Who is going to replace all the food i had to throw away?
