Leather Couch

I am very upset with House and Home. I have paid a lot of money for n leather [upper and sides] couch in 2013, they have delivered a couch at my house and thought I would never recognize that the couch they have delivered is not the couch I have paid for... that couch they have delivered is not mine I have paid for, it is a **** couch and its already damaged. I want my couch that I have paid for.
