Laybye delay

I went to house and hone Alberton city to lay bye two bed for 8000 and paid up my laybye about three weeks ago, I still haven't received my beds I even paid delivery fee, last I spoke to my sale person she promised me that some one will call and notify me if they received stock, no one has followed up on what's going on
