LAYBYE

I lay-bye a sleigh bed for 100 in Sept 2017 and my due date for laybye is 01 february 2018 when i arrive at the shop to pay off the bed they tell me the laybye was cancelled in dec, asked them why did they cancel they tell me i was suppose to have paid the monthly installments on it. my argument is that yes i am aware of the installments but due date is 01 feb 2018 ,cancellation should have been done then. they refused to give me the bed and Madie and Sammy Bloemfontein house and home branch have bad attitude,dont know how to speak to clients/customers..i still want my bed . even the sales lady confirmed that most customers dont always pay on the installments but always made sure they collect before due date and their laybys never get cancelled. i didnt get any notification what so ever regarding the cancellation . sales lady called me in December i told her ill fetch the bed in January as i was not around Bloemfontein.
