Laybe refund delay at House and home Gateway

Mid May 2025 i did a online laybye ob house and home for a brother sewing machine and on the 18 i went to a Gateway mall in durban to pay my first installment on my laybye apperantely i was gifted with the same sewing machine i laybye i went to the store on the 5th Juky to cancel this laybe ,i lost the original slip and i was told to di an affidavit of which i did and submitted all the relevent documents to cancel and when everything was done i was told oh sorry Mam there is no cash to refund you we will call you once we have cash,what irritate me the most after a week no one is calling me for an update i called the store at 04:53 pm and tge lady i spoke to says no still there no cash ,can the head office assist why can't in 2025 funds be transffered to my card the store has there slip copy
