LATE

We bought a patio set on lay bye online, and paid R100. We then decide to go to the Rustenburg branch and pay the R10399 in full, because we need the patio set for the weekend. We went on a Monday and the Salesman ensured us that the set will be at the store Thursday or latest Friday. If it was later, we would have rather bought a set that is instock at the store because we need it for the weekend.

Everytime I call the store they tell me that they will call me back now, but then I have to call again. The only person that did return my call is Precious.

It is now Friday and the patio is not at the store. They say we need to wait until Sunday. Which means we need to cancel our weekend plans.
