Lack off service

House and home Newcastle service is not existent. We purchased a bed and a week later found that it was defective. 6 weeks later, aftet numerous calls and visits, the new bed has arrived and they will not deliver to me. The manager is not willing to assist. Her name is Rani and her level off professionalism and service is pathetic. She does not realise that we as the consumer lay their salaries
