Lack of service

Today i went to the Kollonade branch, browsed for a few items, lounge suite, microwave, vacuum cleaner and outdoor umbrella. I am sorry to say house and home you lost out on my purchase and i will take it somewhere else. No one assisted us, when we finally got someones attention, you were out of stock and according to the sales lady, there is no stock available in SA. I am just wondering why you display stock if you don't want to sell it. Clearly it is going well with House and Home as they can afford not to sell their goods.
