Lack of feedback regarding my order

<p>I ordered a Dish Washer from House and Home Sandton almost three weeks ago. On receiving and opening the dishwasher at home, it was alarming to see a huge mark on the machine.</p> <p> </p> <p>I complained and asked that I be given a new machine. The assistant mentioned that they will order a new one and get back to me around when this will be ready.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have yet to hear anything from the team which is quite frustrating. Also, your assistants need to be better s****ed with serving customers - not professional at all.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
