Kimberley branch needs to be closed they suck

This branch of yours in kimberley you should close. I bought a bed last year and lodged a complain in March 2019 and was told to by the edblo group to pay money into their account for a full exchange and that was done in March 2019. Until now I have not received my bed yet. The funny part is when I approached the store 3 months back they told me the lady who was working with my complaint was on leave and I asked the manager if all work stops when a certain individual is not present. I hate the fact that almost my entire household furniture was bought at this store. Never and never will I set foot or give my money to this store again
