KIC Fridge

We bought a KIC fridge on Saterday (28 Nov 2020) at House and Home in Centurion. We went to pick it up at the warehouse. At the warehouse they did not inspect the fridge after we ask them to do so but they refuse and say the are very busy today. When we open it it at our house it was damages. At the back there is two dents, the vegetable draw is broken and the sealers are also broke. We immediately contact them. They reply we must wait for the supplier. They did not even gave a reference number. We call on monday again with the same reply. On Tuesday call the customer number. I told the story to here and she ask me to sent a e mail with photos. and she will get back to me. We did so. So nobody came back o me. This morning I again call the customer number. Charnaine answer the phone and again I forward a mail. Untill now when did not received any feedback or a refernce number
