ITC not updated

I had an account with House and Home which was FULLY paid in April 2014. After numerous attempts i managed to speak to Pravina at house n home on 23/09/2014 at 11:47 on *** - advised that ITC was updated on 11/08/2014. I pulled out my ITC report on 11/11/2015 and what do you know, it reflects that i still have an account with them and there is an amount of R3488 still owing. When i called head office they referred me back to the Durban branch who is unable to assist me. I was then given an email address [Email Removed] to which i sent the query on Wednesday 11/11/2015 and to-date i have not received any feedback. I WANT THIS REMOVED NOW!!!!! its been 18 months since this account has been settled. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING
