Inferior products and poor customer service

Be very careful when you buy products from H&H, they give you the impression that you buy quality yet you find out later that it is in actual fact substandard, inferior products. When you query it they refer you to their suppliers who seem to have no quality assurance during th manufacturing process. Worst is H&H customer services then gives you the impression that they will assist and then fail to produce on their commitments. I have been struggling for weeks to get an issue resolved and to make matters worse the customer has to follow-up.
