I bought a bed and a plasma TV online from House & Home on thursday 22 November 2018 and indicated that I will collect at Constantia kloof, on saturday 24 November 2018 when I went to collect, the nasty attitude customer service consultant made me wait for 40 minutes until I decided to leave. Their service sucks and they don't take their customers serious, except for whites of course
