Incompetence at its best house & home Menlyn

House & home in Menlyn, very ***********, a true ****a shop. My experience yesterday was shocking. I purchased a lounge suite and they delivered couches with different colors saying that's all they have from their warehouse as if I am their dumping site. I immediately returned their stock and went straight to see their managers. Little did I know that incompetence and poor customer service in embedded in this business. The Branch manager,named Hellen, some supervisor Ms Nkosi, sales consultant Dudu all of them a bunch of *********** staff. They are irresponsible, careless and have no clue about customer service. I immediately returned their stock with my own transport, canceled the deal and demanded my refund. I regret having to deal with this business and I can tell that this business is going nowhere unless drastic measures are taken from the top to change their culture. My advice to fellow customers please stay away from this business they can frustrate your retail experience.
