Im not happy with their service at all

Lay year November i saw house& home catalogue i was interested on a Tv that wad R11999, i called them at the store i was assisted by Thabo mo***eng, he created the sub i paid bR500 November 2024 then later around December 2024 i paid them R8000, now recently they say the person was capturin the Tv did not capture it as a lay buy he captured it as a cash deal now they are shift the blame to be because of i wasn't at the store they say i have to pay the same money at is it now even their customer service is failing me also
