I Alfred Makhubela Wrote This email Concerning My Wrongfully Arrest That Occurred on The Year 2015 at (HOUSE&HOME) Shop base In Pretoria Kolonade 5359. I Spent 3 Day's In Jail For No Good Reason and Ended up Jobless Ever Since. This Incident Has Affected My Life and Reputation in a Very Cruel Way I didn't Expect. I Am unable to Feed My Kid's I Feel Less Of a Father To Them Even (HOUSE&HOME) Is Not Intending To Give Me Back My Job I Can Tell Cose It's Been 4 Years Now . During My Trial And Came The Day Of Judgement I Was Found Not Guilty By Oath ( Court Of Law) Because The Was No Firm, Concrete Evidence Linking Me To What They Say I Did. My Concern Is My Rights Were Violated By (HOUSE&HOME) And The Head Of Security A Company Called (TradeLander) Who Tortured Me With No Concrete Evidence Showing That I Did What They Say I Did (Stole) . l Was Forced To A Crime I Never Committed Because I Was On My Own The Company I Was working For Sent Me Behind Bars . I only Beg For 1 Thing (JUSTICE) This Accusation Brought Nothing But Poverty Into My Family (HOUSE&HOME) Accused Me That I Stole From Them After 3 Years of Sweat I Spilled and Served (HOUSE&HOME) With Loyalty And Labority Ended Up With a ******** Record . So I Briefly Explained In Detail To My Lawyer Who Was Representing Me On This Case. He incouraged Me To Email (HOUSE&HOME) Brief Them Or/ Enlighten Them About My Current Situation And How It Has Changed My Life To Worse By Framing Me With a Crime I Didn't commit After The Emailing (HOUSE&HOME) I Will Wait For 7 Day's Before I take This Matter Back To Court Cose I Just Want My Name To Be clean I Would Really Appreciate If HOUSE&HOME Would Look Into This Matter With a Sharp Eye And Take Full Responsibility for What It Has Done To Me
