I regret shopping with house and home

I bought a washing machine 16 days ago at House and home online and it has not been delivered. When I purchased it did not state that they were out of stock. It confirmed payment received and no communication received regarding the delivery. After a week I logged a complaint and their response was that the machine is out of stock they are waiting for the delivery which they have no idea when it will come. It has been 2 weeks since waiting and the message I still getting is waiting for the warehouse to deliver. The company does not want to refund me back my money because why sell or advertise a product that you have it when it has been purchased it is not available not I must be inconvenienced for false advertising.
