I NEED ANSWERs

Bad! Bad! Bad! I am writing this out of dissapointment and disgust for the pathetic service that the House and Home insurance department and it's Regional manager/buyers have given me. And since Hello peter complaints is the only language they understand i guess this is the right platform to seek justice if not help. I am only asking for what its fair here 2Giggs Ram, 16Gigg internal storage, 1.6Ghz Quad core processor, 13 megapixels camera that it, Its very simple. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone at the rodepoort branch and it was lost but knowing that I had insurance on it I claimed for it and to my surprise now I have being subjected to submit to something that isn't even parallel or equivalent to the one I had, Why? because that model is discontinued, so said the Regional manager/buyer and the store. Fair enough? but I will not submit to any phone that has anything less than what my phone had in terms of specs only because I am told to do so AND "IT'S SIMPLE LOGIC THAT'S HOW WE WORK"mentality given by Regional Manager #Rob and that this is what I paid for then and this is what I get now. If Price is an issue then give me a phone that has the same features/Specs or above I mean I am paying insurance after all and nowhere in my contract does it say anything about prices. I MEAN THE BIG QUESTION IS WHEN I BOUGHT THE PHONE IT IS WAS ON PROMOTION AND NOW IT'S NOT AND WORSE DISCONTINUED HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM? And what's worse is that the Regional manager tells me that he has spoken to the buyer, insurance department, legal team (Don't know who are they and how they fit to this) but i think his arrogance got him because right after that he told me I CAN GO TO THE OMBUDSMAN. Today 11 Wednesday 2018 he decides to phone saying that they have found an alternative phone for me a Huawei p8 lite not really what I was hoping for but decided to take it because when I went and read the specs and reviews about it it sounded LEGIT. I phoned Rob to confirm if this phone is the right one and if there is stock available and decide to visit the store close by and guess WHAT? THEY WANT TO GIVE ME AN OLD 2016 MODEL I mean this is days after fights for a 1.4Ghz Quad core processors phone as a substitute for my 1.6Ghz Quad core processor i mean it's 2018 now or did we all just miss something here. I NEED ANSWERs!
