I lost also a money now

I went to House and home in Newcastle on Friday 11:00 I bought a couch which was on sale and they say they deliver it at 13:30 but they didn’t. When I go there they say someone else has bought the couch and they can’t give it to me the manager shouted at me saying I must understand she can’t do nothing about my concern she even call the police to say I’m causing drama. Now if I ask my money they say they don’t have the money they will call me when they have it
