I call this black Friday ****!

I bought couches for cash on black Friday (23 November 2018) at House and Home Menlyn Pretoria. I was told that the stock that was delivered at the shop is finished and next stock was on its way. The guy promised the he will call me once the delivery is made. I did a follow up on Monday 03 December and was told the stock hasn't been delivered yet. Today marks 2 weeks with no feedback! This practice is unacceptable. Do i now have to postpone my travelling arrangements for December..................................
