I bought recliner leather couches in december 2024 from House and home N1 city

I bought recliner leather couches in december 2024 from House and home N1 city.A while ago i realised that 1 couch have black marks when i clean it..I put in a complaint for repairs to house and home n1 city.I do realise that my warrantee don't cover the leather and stitching but only the mechanism so i told them there is a problem with the product itself.The color is nutmeg but the black color emerge from within to the surface.I send them pictures of the damaged couch which cost me R40000 for the set.Their repair team from Bravobrands collect couch. After inspecting the damages they told me I damaged the protective layer with detergents that I used for cleaning the product I send them a picture of the cleaner and polish I bought from them.They told me they will not be repairing.I must pay for it myself if they do repair.I feel like returning it all because I might sit with the same problem after a few cleaning processes.
