I bought couches cash but now they have a hole they like second hand couches many faults

I bought couches cash but now they have a hole they like second hand couches many faults. When I call they tell me that if they take this couches I will get them after 21 days why is that? is it because I bought them cash? I bought them on the 26/08/25 please assist.
