I bought a bed with house and home and I opted to collect it, and I was told to come and collect it on a Tuesday and I went to collect it a week later with a hired truck and I was told they didn't have in the shop, and the manager is in a meeting , and I told them I needed to be refunded for the hired truck , or they should deliver it for free , got a call from them saying the delivery truck will be come , took a day off and no delivery was made as promised..and I tried to call them , and their phone wasn't answered
