I bought a bed at Ok Furniture shop on 16 November 2024 in phokeng mall

I bought a bed at Ok Furniture shop on 16 November 2024 in phokeng mall.in December i found black spots and groups of bed bugs around mattress.i try insects killer to distroy them but they keep on coming , the house is new no furniture inside and new bedding. In January 2025 I went to the shop to complain about this meter they didn't help me at all from management to the supplier,that was bad customer services and on the 10 February 2025 I contacted customer care hotline for intervention they didn't assist me at all. Please help me to get new bed or my money back.
