I bought a 55inch TV, I bought on the 7nov 2025,i ve never watch dat TV

I bought a 55inch TV, I bought on the 7nov 2025,i ve never watch dat TV. On the 25nov when I want to assemble it the showed the lines on the screen, I took it back to the store. I met the stock clerk, I explained everything to him, he took photos and told me he will send an email to Hisense team to come to asses the TV. It took them two weeks to respond. I when to the store to get a respond, they give me a report saying it s me who cracked the screen. The store manger told me it s my lose. I called their head office their regional manager gave me the same respond. Hellopeter I ve tried, can u please help me guys.
