I am very unhappy ab...

I am very unhappy about the service given to me by Ok Furniture Swakop..i took a tv on account and the tv got resold to another customer whilst i took and paid for it already..now its out of stock..and the company expects me to pay for the costs of courier for a similar tv to be brought to their branch.. Now some1 tell me if im in the wrong for refusing to pay for courier and pleading for them to put that on company account seeing they made me wait for long and it was their fault..
