How much longer do I wait?

HOUSE & HOME : CAPE GATE BRANCH **REFUND ME On the 26 May 2021 I walked into your store to purchase an ARM CHAIR and I was greeted and assisted by Lihle. Delivery was made on Saturday the 29 May 2021. Tuesday the 1st May I noticed that the material at the back of the arm chair was breaking and I visited the store on on the 4th June 2021.

I was assisted by Lihle , as I have asked for by name, she referred me to another lady which I later known her name as Esmeralda. Lihle was NOT clued up with the process. When I needed a reference, Esmeralda requested me to send pictures and a barcode which is found underneath the chair. I asker her what is the process and the waiting period of a replacement and told me three days.

She then introduce me to a lady by the name of Christellene and they inform me that I need to send pictured and I already had them with me, so I was given an email address and I sent it while I was in store. I left the store and on Monday the 3 7th June Christellene called asking me about the email and pictures which I informed her I sent them the same day I was in there store and she asked for the email address I was sending this from and that was provided. And that was the last I heard from anyone from the store. Wednesday the 16TH I went back to the store and Christellene, Esmerald was off duty and Lihle was available and I advise her I am requesting a refund and I am no longer interested in their items. The 1st say I was at the store to report the incident, I informed them that I am open to purchase another arm chair even if the price is a bit higher I will pay the difference but I was taken for a joke as this chair hasn’t been collected. Lihle called me on the 17th June and advise me that she has spoken with Esmeralda and the chair is available and my response was ‘Please refund me , ‘I am no longer interested’

To date , I have NO clue what is happening. House and Home, I am waiting my refund and you have showed me all over again that you have NO interest in doing business with me.
