House&Home Welkom problems with couch&Chair.

Morning, i bought a couch at House&Home Welkom. It started to make me itchy and burning all over. So i ask the manager to take the couch for testing. They replaced the couch with another couch and chair of my choice. But when it arrive it was the wrong colour. I ask them to fetch the couch and chair so that i first do a deep clean because the powder was all over in my place. The manager of House and Home refused because he said i must wait for the new couch and chair to came so they can swape the old couch and chair with the new ones. I told him i must clean my place first. But he did not listen. Please can you help me? It is making me feel sick. In my chest. Ursula Nagel.
