House&Home pathetic delivery service.

I have a massive complaint against your Edenvale/Germiston branch on the delivery side. I was promised to get my recliner on saturday and uo to now, Wednesday I still dont have it. They mixed up the barcodes when I went to go and pick it up on Sunday and I have had to phone every day and my order is last in all the cues. I will not recommend anyone to this branch. Multiple calls have been made to the manager in deliveries and he put the phone down in my ear . Very angry. Their website compliant form also doesn't work and when I phoned customer care, they seemingly gave me a wrong mail address to mail my complaint to.
