House&Home Online Purchases are a **** !

Bought a Washing machine online on the 25th of November. Money was taken from my account and receipt was emailed to me. For almost a month i got No further message or instruction as to where and how to collect. I went to the Rustenburg branch, they said they dont know anything, i should call head office. I called them, after holding i was told that stock would arrive on the 15th of December and i would be contacted to collect. That means that they take your money for stock they dont even have. The year is almost over and still no response. Seems like they're ******* and just stole my money. Transport arrangement were made. They now need to deliver it to me or give me a refund.
