House&Home Matlosana feels a ****

I like to share and warn you about this store.

I bought a lounge suite around july2023. My 1 couch was faulty by november. I phoned the store. A lot of message between us. Tgey need photos??? Photos of sounds? Sound the couch make.... Unbelievable.. Send them some. . They logged it but it was almost december and suppluers will be closed. No problem

Sales lady whatapp me and tell me the store phoned my number...a Man picked up the phone and said he knew nothing about the couch.... I phoned the store. Spoke to the manager Mr. Mostert. He assured me that that was the truth but he will personally make arrangement for monday before 12 because thats only suitable time. Monday came.... Nothing.... Nobody phoned or picked it up.... I stayed at home for incase they are late. Nothing..... Next day i phone mr Mostert. Asked himwhy ihad to **** and wait like Kiepie for nothing? O no thats not true. They same guy that phone you before did phone again.. You didnt answer. I said bull**** nobody phoned me. Took a screenshot. He said likely for them they can pull phonerecords. I said yes please, necause its the 2nd time you make me out as ****. That was more rhan a week ago. Im phoning him but his not available. Im asking the sales lady. ***ue!!!!!

I want the area manager. Cant get hold of him either. I want answers im not a ****!!!!

They pickedup thecouch the next day. No paperwork from them nothing..... I asked the saleslady... She said... Sorry not my department... I dont know.... Asked her again the following day... Yes the store took it up with them. I had to get form, but got nothing. Asked saleslady... No answer back...... Phoned customercare.... Theyll asked are manager to phone me... Nobody phoned.... Dont have any idea whats going on with couch... Pathetic..... Glad to assist with purchases but then youre on youre own....

Stay away from this branch. They useless and making you out as ****.
