I bought a Restonic Bedset at House&Home Edenvale on Monday the 30th of August 2021 and the told me I'll get it in 2 to 3 days. Still now nothing has been delivered, I only started following up on Thursday the 2nd of September 2021 and they kept saying the bed is still at their warehouse and funny enough the warehouse is also in JHB. Today worst of all they tell me that all the beds were given to another branch and I must wait till after the 16th. They only do follow ups when I call them, in this case what must I do?
