House&Home Disgusting

Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from House&Home online! They take your money and never deliver the products. I have emailed and phoned them probably 20 times enquiring about the delivery date. First I was told there is no stock at the distribution center. When I cancelled the order, they “found stock” and promised to deliver the next day. Two days later, still no delivery. After another 5 emails and probably 17 phone calls(most of which were just terminated when they heard the order number) I reached one consultant who promised to help. I was transferred to the delivery department who said that the item has left the DC and is out for delivery. No surprises though, it was never delivered. Avoid this company like the plague!
