House&Home classing customers...disrespectful

-1 rating, krugersdorp house & home sold me a factory fault coffee table now they refusing to exchange. The sad part is that the manager was told same day but let delivery done what do you call that. I went 3 times already to report and follow up when will delivery done all I get is lies empty promises what takes the cake is the manager(lady) kept me in the house today telling me exchange will definitely be done today I asked why did they pass my house for other deliveries I guess I have to Google the answer. Previous management and sales team was effective I bought most of my furniture there I never had a problem with this team honestly they must not service people because it is a total disrespect to give a person a faulty product on purpose they thought I won't see or I won't send it back.. There is more of the judgement I received from them when they were packaging a factory fault table. Questionable complaints resolution department. I was called at 1030 and confirmed I was still waiting no call back. Please visit your processes because customer need to be called alerts in 4hrs intervals. Who closed my first complaint what was the resolution? This is a serious matter because it clearly show that the business has no rules hence staff of such big and quality company can give a customer faulty product no one will account. Please exchange my table as a matter of urgency that both managers of Krugersdorp lack
