Hi my name is shane from Port Elizabeth ive purchased some goods worth R30296.00 at house&home Baywest 1.KIC fridge R3699.00 2.Edblo Nguni base set R4999.00 3.Wallace 5Piece Bedroom suite R9999.00 4.BF Fusion 4Piece Chaise Lounge R10999.00 +Delivery Fee R600 Purchased was made on 22/02/2020 delivery was on 26/02/2020 on delivery my KIC fridge was already damage a month after that all the above goods was already been faulty file my complain after lockdown and have been replaced only on 11/09/2020 in December ive already starts experiencing problems with my bed and in late January i filed a complaint and after that i noticed my Lounge suite was also faulty the sewing of lounge was coming loose and the one Lounge the part where you rest your arms is broken and on both sides you feel the hood which is totally unacceptable I've spoken to a lady today regarding the replacement of my goods she told me shes waiting on my bed that she order it my Lounge suite won't be replaced but rather be fix so it will be for my fridge and iam totally not happy so please I seek your help in this matter .Thank you
